Back in summer Angel got wind that I was coming into town. She knows that Eggplant parm is my favorite. She texted me to let me know that I was invited for dinner and guess what. Eggplant Parm was on the menu. Me and Luciana were out all day and we get back to a feast meant for a king. Served on paper plates and water in a mason jar. Luciana had my bread buttered in 1 second. We sat. Ate. And boy oh boy it was great. Just as I expected. If you knew Angel. You would know that she doesn’t fuck around in the kitchen. It was one of the best parm I’ve ever had. 10/10. To bad I didn’t get a picture of it. So instead I have her here so if anyone of my eggplant parm fans recognize her they can praise her like how she deserves.
